1. You must like the Simpsons episode "New Kids On The Blecch". If that's not already obvious.

2. You don't need to have a website to join. If you don't have one, just leave "URL" in the join form blank.

3. If you do have a site, you must place a code before or directly after joining. I recommend before you join, but really, just as long as it's up when I go to check then it's all good.

4. If you don't have a code up when I go to check your site, I'll add you 'cause I'm nice ;) However, I'll probably check back a couple more times, and if it's still not up then your name and email will be listed but your site will not be.
